Returns & Refunds Policy

At MineShop, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, you may request a return under the following conditions:

Return Period

Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase.
If 30 days have passed, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Conditions for Eligible Products

  • The item must be unused, in the same condition in which you received it, and in its original packaging.

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

  • Do not send your purchase directly to the manufacturer.

Non-Returnable Products

  • Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, newspapers, magazines, etc.).

  • Intimate or sanitary goods.

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

  • Gift cards.

  • Downloadable software products.

  • Certain health and personal care items.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email whether your refund is approved or rejected.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within a certain number of days (depending on your bank or payment provider).

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not yet received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit card company (it may take some time before the refund is officially posted).

  3. Contact your bank (there is often a processing time before a refund is posted).

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded.
Sale or clearance items are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Gifts

  • If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the return.

  • If the item was not marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the person who made the purchase.

Return Shipping

To return your product, please send it to:

  • You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

  • Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

  • If the item’s value is over $75 USD, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
